Doc Text:	Network interface hotplugging was disabled in the osinfo properties file because it did not work in previous QEMU releases. This update changes the osinfo properties file to allow hotplugging of network interfaces, and users can now hotplug network interfaces in running virtual machines without the Engine blocking it.
