Description of problem:

The automount aborts when it authenticates by DIGEST-MD5.

When the automount accesses to an ldap server, users can use DIGEST-MD5
authentication. A problem has been found where automount aborts when
the system load is high due to incorrect implementation of cyrus-sasl
locking callbacks. 

How reproducible:
Hard to reproduce.

Patch - add missing sasl mutex callbacks

Note this change requires a supporting patch for a race
in cyrus-sasl, added in cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.23-8. A Conflicts
tag has been added to check this.
