Show correct title in error dialog

Description of problem:
When an error occurs, the error dialog is shown but with wrong title. It shows "An error occured" instead of the title passed to it. It is caused by a typo in a null check.
This is already fixed in vinagre 3.10.0. The fix is trivial (see attachment).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vinagre-3.8.2-4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to connect to a non-existing address through e.g. SSH
2. error dialog pops up

Actual results:
"An error occured" title

Expected results:
"Connection closed" title
