Provide details here. Do not change the blocking bug. Fedora core 4 works fine on my PC. I just installed fedora core 5 on my PC : AMD 3.2gHz videocard : ATI X800GTO screen : Samsung 913N LCD -Installation happened fine and correctly, the installer recognized a ATI card but not which one. -startup of fedora core 5 is OK for a while then when entering in graphic mode, the screen turns black (LCD out of range ?) There must be a bug on defaults video parameters.
The bug link you used clearly states that it is for problems with the RELEASE NOTES themselves, and not for problems with the Fedora Core product. When you file a bug, please make sure that you are reporting it against the component that is the actual problem. Reassigning to Core component.
