Description of problem:

After change options in "Server settings" and press "Apply" button there is an empty field instead of server settings.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change something in "Server settings"
2. Press "Apply" button
  
Actual results:
Empty window without server settings.

Expected results:
Window with server settings.
