Consequence: The exit code of list command was 1 in spite of its successful execution while it had to be "0".

Fix: The respective return values were assigned.

Result: On successful execution of list command, exit code returned is "0".

Consequence: The exit code of list command was 1 in spite of its successful execution while it had to be "0".

Fix: The respective return values were assigned.

Result: On successful execution of list command, exit code returned is "0". 		Previously, quota list command would return non-zero exit code when the command was successful. Now with this update, exit code would be zero when quota list command is successful.
