The rhel 6.4.z channel provides lower version of python-magic which does not support magic.MIME_TYPE

Consequence:
Failed to retrieve mime type of the given hook file.

Fix:
Fixed mime type error.

Result:
Sync is now listing all the hooks.

Doc Text Cause:
The rhel 6.4.z channel provides lower version of python-magic which does not support magic.MIME_TYPE

Consequence:
Failed to retrieve mime type of the given hook file.

Fix:
Fixed mime type error.

Result:
Sync is now listing all the hooks. 		Previously, an error message was displayed during Gluster Syn and the operation was failing. Now, with this update, the issue is fixed to allow Gluster Sync and all the hooks are listed.
