Simultaneous request to VDSM causes this issue.

Consequence:
Remove host failed with "Another operation in progres"
error.

Fix:
Added appropriate locking machanism to handle this issue.

Result:
Allows multiple host removel from a cluster simultaneously.

Doc Text Cause:
Simultaneous request to VDSM causes this issue.

Consequence:
Remove host failed with "Another operation in progres"
error.

Fix:
Added appropriate locking machanism to handle this issue.

Result:
Allows multiple host removel from a cluster simultaneously. 		Previously, an error was displayed while removing multiple hosts belonging to the same cluster. Now, with this update, removal of multiple hosts is allowed.
