It uses a common event message which uses (vdc) objectType and objectName which are same in this case.

Consequence:
It shows the word "System" twice.

Fix:
Added specific event message for "User add system permission" and "User remove system permission"

Result:
Now the event message shows the expected message.

Doc Text Cause:

Added specific event message for "User add system permission" and "User remove system permission"

Result:
Now the event message shows the expected message. 		Previously, while adding or removing a role from System Permissions through Configure option, event log message with a repeated word was displayed. Now, with this update, the correct message is displayed.
