Consequence:
cryptsetup-reencrypt requests for such devices will fail (won't even start the reencryption process of target block device)

none supported 		The cryptsetup-reencrypt cannot reencrypt block devices with 4KiB sectors. All cryptsetup-reencrypt requests for such devices fail, and the reencryption process of the target block device does not start.
