Typo in the engine event message causes this issue.

Consequence:
Shows budgie messages whenever we add or remove a hook

Fix:
Updated the event messages

Result:
Will display an appropriate event message on add or remove hook

Doc Text Cause:
Typo in the engine event message causes this issue.

Fix:
Updated the event messages

Result:
Will display an appropriate event message on add or remove hook 		Previously, event log message in Manage Events had spelling error. Now, with this update, appropriate event log message is displayed.
