But there are cases where it is needed to perform a single operation over several portals at same time. Consequence: Massive updates of portals have to be performed individually creating complexity. Fix: There is a new functionality described here: https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/GTNPORTAL38/Working+with+Templates that allows to work with "templates". Result: JBoss Portal admin can now operate with templates, applying changes from a template to a number of portals in a single operation. |
