Doc Text Feature:
Return the stack id on stack creation.

Reason:
If the stack id is not returned, the user is left guessing what the stack id actually is since heat formats the stack identifier with a UUID.

Result (if any):
The stack identifier will be returned on creation.

Doc Text Feature:
Return the stack id on stack creation.

Reason:
If the stack id is not returned, the user is left guessing what the stack id actually is since heat formats the stack identifier with a UUID.

Result (if any):
The stack identifier will be returned on creation.
This enhancement returns the stack identifier once a stack has been created. This is expected to mitigate possible confusion of a stack's identifier, as Orchestration formats the identifier with a UUID.
Consequently, the stack identifier is returned upon stack creation.
