The user had to close the dialog box and manually start the log collector from the Manager. This was caused by a bug with the SELinux plugin in the SOS report, which did not fail gracefully and caused redhat-support-plugin-rhev to fail. The SELinux plugin is now disabled, so logs can be attached to cases created from the administration portal. | |
