Bara Ancincova 2015-10-23 15:04:09 UTC Doc Text Build requirements not defined correctly for Emacs

The *Binutils* utilities older than version 2.23.52.0.1-54 cause a segmentation fault during the build. As a consequence, it is not possible to build the *Emacs* text editor on systems with the Power little endian 64-bit hardware architecture. To work around this issue, install the newest *Binutils* or at least *Binutils* version 2.23.52.0.1-54. Note, however, that in case of *Binutils* version 2.23.52.0.1, *Emacs* can behave unexpectedly.
