Doc Text Cause: A certificate search method erroneously examine Subject DN instead of Issuer DN.

Consequence: If the external CA serial number equals the IPA CA serial number, the external CA is deleted from the NSS database, resulting in certificate validaiton failure when the CA replica attempts to connect to the DS.

Fix: The certificate search method was updated to examine Issuer DN.

Result: Replica installation succeeds when the external CA serial number matches the IPA CA serial number.
