Reason: Low-level host tuning and troubleshooting is provided via Cockpit

Result: The user can monitor and manage VMs running on particular host via Cockpit.
To deploy the VM management plugin for Cockpit running on a RHEV-H, install the 'cockpit-ovirt-dashboard' RPM package on every host in a cluster.

Virtual machine monitoring and basic tuning and troubleshooting of hypervisors can be done through the Cockpit user interface. The cockpit package is installed by default for Red Hat Virtualization Host (RHVH) and is a technology preview feature and requires an optional installation for standard Red Hat Enterprise Linux hosts. The cockpit-ovirt RPM is available in the standard Red Hat Enterprise Linux host repositories.
