Please check the connection details, or see /var/log/rhsm/rhsm.log for more information. rhsm.log reveals: RemoteServerException: Server error attempting a PUT to /subscription/consumers/<UUID>/certificates?lazy_regen=true returned status 404 Workaround (if any): no Result: The refresh command does not complete. The primary cause for the failure is either that the entitlement server returns a 404 because the candlepin API being called does not exist (happens against SAM which is running an old version of candlepin), or the entitlement server returns a 404 because the F5 layer of the hosted entitlement servers in production and stage are filtering access to the API being called by subscription-manager refresh. Either way, this is a known issue for RHEL7.3 Beta with no workaround that must be fixed for GA. However, if Red Hat IT opens up the F5 layer to accept this API throughput, then this issue will start working for Beta customers. | |
