This occurs because of an issue with both primary to standby database (HA) replication configured along with region-to-region (remote/global) replication. To work around this, remove and re-create the subscription in the global region web user interface to point to the new primary database server in the remote region. After applying the workaround, replication to the global region will be restored. |
