Doc Text Cause: ceph-disk does not support configuring dmcrypt with custom cluster names other than "ceph".

Consequence: Operators cannot configure dmcrypt using ceph-ansible if the cluster name is not "ceph".

Workaround (if any): Use a default cluster name of "ceph".

Result: Users can encrypt OSD data at rest with dmcrypt if they use the default cluster name "ceph".

.Ansible fails to create encrypted OSDs if the cluster name is different than "ceph"

The `ceph-disk` utility does not support configuring the `dmcrypt` utility if the cluster name is different than "ceph". Consequently, it is not possible to use the `ceph-ansible` utility to create encrypted OSDs.

To avoid this problem, use the default cluster name, which is "ceph".

.Ansible and "ceph-disk" no longer fail to create encrypted OSDs if the cluster name is different than "ceph"

Previously, the `ceph-disk` utility did not support configuring the `dmcrypt` utility if the cluster name was different than "ceph". Consequently, it was not possible to use the `ceph-ansible` utility to create encrypted OSDs if you use a custom cluster name.

This bug has been fixed, and custom cluster names can now be used.
