_dyninst_ rebased to version 9.3.1

The _dyninst_ package has been upgraded to upstream version 9.3.1, which provides a number of bug fixes and enhancements:

* Support for preloading functions with the 'LD_PRELOAD' environment variable has been added.
* Parsing of exception blocks now matches the internal mechanism of the *glibc* library.
* Code containing C++ exceptions can now be instrumented and relocated.
* Improvements to decoding instructions of the 32- and 64-bit AMD and Intel architectures.
* Stack handling on the AMD and Intel architecture has been improved.
* Initial support for the little-endian variant of IBM Power Systems has been added.
