Consequence: Since the Package Server operator does not have a subscription, the status for Package Server on the installed operators page incorrectly displayed "Catalog source was removed". Fix: Update the display of the installed operators status column for Package Server to correctly display its status. Result: Package Server now shows the correct status on the installed operators page. | |
