.The RGW daemon no longer crashes

Previously, the RGW process would abort in certain circumstances due to a race condition during radosgw shutdown. One situation this was issue was seen was when deleting objects when using multisite. This was caused by dereferencing unsafe memory. In {storage-product} 4.1z1 unsafe memory is no longer dereferenced and the RGW daemon no longer crashes.
