| Doc Text | Feature: New profile (DISA STIG with GUI) derived from DISA STIG profile that is compatible with RHEL installations that selecte the Server with GUI package group. Reason: DISA STIG demands uninstalling any Graphical User Interface. But this can be overridden if properly documented by a Security Officer during the evaluation. So this extra profile is there to help installing a RHEL with STIG but using Server with GUI option. Result: DISA STIG profile can be applied on a RHEL with Server With GUI installation. |

Result: DISA STIG profile can be applied on a RHEL with Server With GUI installation. | .New DISA STIG profile compatible with Server with GUI A new profile, ‘DISA STIG with GUI’, has been added to the *SCAP Security Guide*. This profile is derived from the ‘DISA STIG’ profile and is compatible with RHEL installations that selected the `Server with GUI` package group. The previously existing `stig` profile was not compatible with `Server with GUI` because DISA STIG demands uninstalling any Graphical User Interface. However, this can be overridden if properly documented by a Security Officer during evaluation. As a result, the new profile helps when installing a RHEL system as a `Server with GUI` aligned with the DISA STIG profile. |
