Doc Text In the 16.2 GA release of Red Hat OpenStack Platform, the bandwidth-aware scheduling feature for SR-IOV workloads is not available. Bandwidth-aware scheduling of SR-IOV workloads is possible in Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 using the heat parameter, `resource_provider_hypervisors`, that defines a paired list `<network_device>:<hypervisor>`. Ensure that you define each hypervisor using a fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
