When hot plugging a network interface controller (NIC) to a virtual machine running on a RHEL 8.6 host, the NIC, in some cases, is not recognized by the guest system. This problem has been identified when using the `qemu-kvm` package, version 6.1.0.

To work around this problem, upgrade the `qemu-kvm` package to a version 6.2.0.
