Doc Text Cause: Clusters upgraded all the way from 4.3 up to 4.10 are running lvm-based OSDs

Consequence: Upgraded OSDs will crash due to an invalid argument on the lvm-based OSDs.

Fix: The 4.10.3 rook operator will reconcile the correct arguments for the lvm-based OSDs, thus no longer adding the invalid argument.

Result: The lvm-based OSDs will be running after the upgrade to 4.10.3.

Currently, all the upgraded OpenShift Data Foundation clusters from v4.3 to v4.10 run Logical Volume Manager (LVM) based Object Storage Devices (OSDs). These upgraded clusters crash due to an invalid argument on the LVM based OSDs.

With this update, the rook operator reconciles the correct arguments for the LVM based OSDs and the invalid argument no longer gets added. Now, the LVM based OSDs run successfully after upgrading to version 4.10.3.
