| Doc Text | Feature: In the first version of rgw-restore-bucket-index it restored the bucket's index lazily, in that the reindexing would not be fully complete until a user next listed out the bucket. This feature added the bucket listing to the process, so it would be complete when the tool completed. Reason: The bucket's statistics would report incorrectly until the reindexing completed. Result: Once the tool finishes, the reindexing is complete and the bucket stats are reported correctly. Additionally a small change to the build process was added that would not affect end-users. |
