Allow secured deployment of rhev-h

Reason:
So far vdsm-reg component must have been used durin grhev-h deployment vdsm-reg pulls resources from rhevm using unsecured protocols.

Result (if any):
If rhev-h deployment is initiated from rhevm, no unsecured protocol are used. In our case only SSH is used.

Reason:
So far vdsm-reg component must have been used durin grhev-h deployment, vdsm-reg pulls resources from rhevm using unsecured protocols.

Result (if any):
If rhev-h deployment is initiated from rhevm, no unsecured protocol are used. In our case only SSH is used. 		Previously the vdsm-reg component must be used when registering the hypervisor to the manager. vdsm-reg acquires resources from the manager using unsecured protocols. Now, when users add a hypervisor from the manager, the SSH protocol is used.
