Previously "pre" and "post" directories will be
created during glusterfs package installation
But now the directory will not be created like
that due to some changes in glusterfs package
installation.

Consequence:
List hook will search for "pre" and "post" directory
for every gluster command to fetch hooks list and
return error when there is no "pre" or "post" directory
exists.

Fix:
It will simply ignore when there is no "pre"
or "post" hook found for any gluster command.

Result:
Now it will list all the hook files.

Result:
Now it will list all the hook files. 		Previously, the Gluster Hooks List was not displayed if some of the hooks directories (post/pre) were missing in the Red Hat Storage nodes. Now, with this update, the Gluster Hooks List is displayed.
