Fedora 39 contains haproxy-2.8.3 and therefore is not affected
Fedora 38 contains haproxy-2.7.10 and therefore is not affected
Rawhide is also unaffected, as it always contains a version of haproxy that is at least the same as the latest stable release.

Closing this as CURRENTRELEASE.
