Blocking FE-Legal, This is license problem. I don't think that IXR_Library.php has bad license. When I click on link mentioned in IXR_Library.php (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/artistic-license.php), it leads me to page where the license is marked as "open-source approved". I also judge that developer of IXR_Library.php wanted the source to be open-source compatible when license link points to www.opensource.org. Closing as notabug. |
