Description of problem:
This is just a cosmetic annoyance.  It is possible to make the menubar
detach itself from the rest of the GUI.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-config-cluster-1.0.2-1.96

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run redhat-config-cluster
2. Don't click anything
3. Press Enter. Menu bar moves to below the New-Properties-Delete-Add
Child buttons
4. Grab and move the GUI.  Detached menu bar stays put.

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
