Description of problem:

When we run g++ for complie, 
"error: too few template-parameter-lists" was shown.
( our test program is as follows -- test001.cpp )

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # g++ test001.cpp
Actual results:

error: too few template-parameter-lists

Expected results:

(1) We run g++ properly.
(2) When is corrected g++ released ? (if g++ is bug)

Additional info:

(1) When we run g++, 
    "error: too few template-parameter-lists" was not shown.
    ( g++ version: 3.2.x)

(2) The same problem is indicated.
