screenshot of totem in fullscreen

Description of problem: Changing to full screen creates a dark grey bar across the bottom and controls do not respond to mouse inputs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1:3.26.2-1.fc29

How reproducible: every time, every file in my inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open file(double left-click)
2. Double left-click for fullscreen

Actual results: Bar under the control/video tracking bar. Controls do not respond to mouse clicks.

Expected results: No bar, responsive controls

Additional info: Using the fullscreen icon from the top bar acts as expected. After using the icon double-clicking works properly. The anomalous behavior only occurs if double-clicking is the first or only action taken for displaying the app in full screen.

I have this problem too with totem 1:3.26.2-1.fc29.

Double click on the window shows an incomplete interface and the control bar becomes unresponsive.

Also by clicking on the fullscreen button and back, the window is not transformed well and it becomes unusable.

The experienced result is not always reproducible.

Double click on the window

Double click on the window sometimes produces this result, sometimes only the bottom is empty.

Click on fullscreen button and back

Sometimes clicking on the fullscreen button and then going back produces this result. The program still responds to keyboard control keys, like space, and the video plays.
