Description of problem:
When I try to add the French Canadian Basic keyboard layout using gnome-keyboard-properties, I get an error message and it is impossible to switch to the French keyboard layout.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.8.0-12

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start gnome-keyboard-properties;
2. Select the "Layouts" tab;
3. Drop down the "French Canadian" list;
4. Select "Basic" and click "Add"
  

Actual Results:  Error activating XKB configuration.
Probably internal X server problem.

X server version data:
The X.Org Foundation
60802000

If you report this situation as a bug, please include:
- The result of xprop -root | grep XKB
- The result of gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/xkb


Expected Results:  Added French Canadian Basic keyboard layout.
