Description Marc Schwartz 2006-04-12 18:56:51 UTC
I would like to request the future inclusion of the ctable TeX package in the
tetex-latex package. This style is fairly commonly used in scientific publications.

The CTAN info url is:

http://www.ctan.org/info?id=ctable

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

tetex-latex-3.0-9.FC4

Workaround:

For now, one can of course simply install the package from CTAN.

This report targets the FC3 or FC4 products, which have now been EOL'd.

Could you please check that it still applies to a current Fedora release, and
either update the target product or close it ?

Thanks.

Comment 2 Marc Schwartz 2007-01-20 02:10:20 UTC
Target updated to FC6, which does not include this style.

At this point, given that it would appear that a move to TeXLive is perhaps due
for FC7, it would seem prudent to check upstream and see if ctable is being
included there. If so, then this could wait till then. If not, then perhaps the
RFE could be passed upstream.

Thanks.

Comment 4 Marc Schwartz 2008-04-04 14:29:37 UTC
Close this RFE. tetex is of course no longer being supported and a move to
TeXLive is imminent.

Comment 5 Jindrich Novy 2008-04-04 14:35:05 UTC
And TeXLive actually contains ctable, so closing RAWHIDE.
