Description Jeremy Katz 2000-11-21 08:02:43 UTC
gcc ICEs compiling nuq (single player part of Quakeforge --
http://www.quakeforge.net) when compiling with all optimization as enabled
by default (-O6). ICE goes away when compiled with -O2 or less. Fails
under gcc shipped in 7.0 as well as gcc-2.96-63 from rawhide, but works
with egcs

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../include -I../include -I/usr/include/SDL

-fomit-frame-pointer -fexpensive-optimizations -march=pentiumpro

Thanks, will be fixed in gcc-2.96-65 (already fixed in my tree).
