Description of RFE:

Sometimes, while reading an email, you feel like your focus will be better if
this window was full screen, so perhaps a shortcut for full-screen display could
be added will be great. 

Same can be good add-on for composer window, as author of an email can better
compose his mind for the subjected email :)

Ritesh pointed out : gconf-editor-> metacity->keybindings-toggle_full_screen !
