Description of problem:
ldapmodify command segfauls if NOOP control is specified using command line
argument '-e noop' after connecting to LDAP server, but prior to reading user input.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openldap-2.2.13-8.el4_6.2

Steps to Reproduce:
ldapmodify -x -D 'dn-to-bind-to-ldap' -W -e noop
  
Actual results:
Segmentation fault

Expected results:
Accept modify commands, send them to LDAP server, print what LDAP server would
do in normal mode.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
