Description Till Maas 2010-04-27 07:46:24 UTC
Description of problem:
I only installed cobbler, but did not use it. This makes logrotate complain daily:
error: stat of /var/log/cobbler/tasks/*.log failed: No such file or directory

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cobbler-2.0.3.1-3.el5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install logrotate and cobbler
2. do not use cobbler

Actual results:
A daily mail with this contents will be send by cron:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: stat of /var/log/cobbler/tasks/*.log failed: No such file or directory

Expected results:
Nothing is wrong, so there should be no mails.

Additional info:
Maybe missingok should be used for /var/log/cobbler/tasks/*.log in cobblerd_rotate.

Comment 1 Scott J Henson 2010-12-31 06:33:56 UTC
Fixed. Should be included in 2.0.9.
