Description of problem:
Unlocalized list of 'Time Zone' and better to use word 'Unknown' instead of 'null' in 'New Virtual Machine' dialog.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login web admin portal.
2. Click on Virtual Machines tab.
3. Click New VM.
4. Click Show Advanced Options button in New Virtual Machine dialog.
5. Click on Initial Run panel.

Actual results:
Unlocalized list of 'Time Zone' and better to use word 'Unknown' instead of 'null' in 'New Virtual Machine' dialog.

Expected results:
1. Localized 'Time Zone'.
2. Better to use word 'Unknown' instead of 'null'.

We don't localize the list itself...from the screenshot it seems to me that that is the problem? 
The "null" part is being addressed as part of bug 988259 (gerrit 17524)

Yes, then the only issue here is that better to use word 'Unknown' instead of 'null'.

closing as the solution in bug 988259 should fix this...
