String 'System Permissions' broken into two lines in 'Configure' dialog.

I think that this behavior is reasonable - the layout isn't being broken / text is not being truncated (IIUC) - the text simply takes up the space of two lines, which is fine. 

@Malini/Eldan - can you please confirm that?

[in any case, if needs to be addressed - it should be treated as an Improvement; marking/flagging accordingly]

The best I can do is to shorten one character from "システムのパーミッション" to "システムパーミッション" which does not solve this problem and it will still be broken into two lines if the width is not extended.

@Eldan/Malini: The behavior of breaking the term to two lines is obviously acceptable when there are two words or more, and there aren't any words that are 
being "split" across several lines.

What should we do in case the term is long and cannot be shortened? 
[suggestion: adding a "..." suffix and a tooltip with the full-name]

@Yuko - is there any chance that a similar solution as the one that you suggested in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1001473#c5 can be used here as well?

@Einav - I came up with a better solution.
It is now changed to:
システム権限

removing the 'Improvement' keyword - this is a case of a single word that is being split to two lines, not a few words that are simply occupying more than a single lines.

@Yuko - if this one is fixed in Zanata / ready to be pulled - can you please move this BZ to the POST state?
