Description of problem:
The actual version 1.4.2 in Fedora 19 is out of date since 2 years .
The last stable version is 1.6.1 2013-05-24 .
It could be nice if maintainer or someone else can update the package, it will  appreciated by users, because for now the actual version is old and buggy .

The bug is fixed, as remi said there is a new release/patch

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing ranger-1.6.1-1.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.

Thank you guys, specially to the maintainer mathstuf, testers, and remi for his patch .
Now Ranger works great .
