I am seeing in compute.log

systool is not installed


I think some packages needs sysfsutils packages, please fix it adding it to requires.

So this dependency was added to nova folsom in:
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/19992/

Since cinder is now handling all volume stuff,
perhaps upstream needs to remove some of this, or at least keep quiet about it?

Does cinder need a hard dependency on sysfsutils for fc support?
I'm thinking it does.

openstack-cinder-2013.1.3-1.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

openstack-cinder-2013.1.3-1.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
