Description of problem:
Every time I lock my computer, the screen brightness decreases considerably when it reaches to the login screen (it goes from high to extremely low brightness after only a second of locking the computer). I can barely see the login screen, although, the bightness is extremely low.

I also noticed that the brightness doesn't come to normal (increases), even though, I move my mouse. I need to use my SCREEN BRIGHTNESS button so that I can get the brightness to normal.

How reproducible:
Simply press the LOCK option in the taskbar (right upper corner in the desktop screen) 


Actual results:
After clicking on the LOCK option, the brightness turns off after a second of locking the computer

Expected results:
1. I expect that the brightness stays the way I set up my brightness (normal) even after locking my computer.

2. I also expect that the brightness comes back to normal every time I move my mouse on the login screen.

Hint: turn off the energy save options.

This message is a notice that Fedora 19 is now at end of life. Fedora 
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 19. It is 
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no

lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a 
more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes 
bugs or makes them obsolete.

Fedora 19 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2015-01-06. Fedora 19 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.
