Description of problem:
On a install where a replica server is installed with the --setup-dns option, uninstalling the replica leaves the replica server in the @ record of the main domain on the master server.

ipa-server-3.3.0-2.fc19.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. on master: ipa-server-install
2. on master: ipa-replica-prepare -p Secret123 --ip-address=<ip of replica> <replica>.testrelm.com
3. on replica: ipa-replica-install --setup-dns <gpg file from master>
4. on replica: ipa-server-insatall --uninstall
5. on master: ipa dnsrecord-find testrelm.com

Actual results:
testrelm.com on the master contains the master and replica in the @ record. 

Expected results:
uninstalling a replica to clear the replica out of the main domain's @ record.

This is expected behavior. This value should be cleared when the replication agreement is removed using ipa-replica-manage. Uninstalling the remote replica itself doesn't trigger this as it is an unprivileged (other than root) operation.
