Description of problem:
I ran the new HCK tests against a Windows 7x86 VM and the hardware acceleration tests fail. The tests are labeled for the number of the test that was run in HCK. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Windows 7x86 on RHEL 6.4

How reproducible:
100%

This was tested with qxl-win-unsigned-0.1-18

No HCK testing for 3.3, all qxl driver should pass WLK.

Moving to the future for now if we will switch to HCK

no needs for keeping it for 2 years.
