Description of problem:
Selecting systems in list of systems on PXT page do not allow you to manage them by SSM.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have few systems registered to some custom channel
2. In webUI go to perl page, I have used:
   Overview -> Subscription Management -> Software Channel Entitlements ->
   find "Private Channel Family 1" row -> in column "Systems Subscribed" click
   on the non-0 number which takes you to:
   https://<fqdn>/network/systems/system_list/in_channel_family.pxt?cfam_id=1000
3. Using check-boxes in first column select few systems


Actual results:
Text near SSM buttons still say "No systems selected", clicking on "Manage" brings you to SSM with "No Systems" selected.


Expected results:
PXT pages should allow you to select systems for SSM as well.


Additional info:
Checked on 5.5.0 and this do not work there as well, so no regression.

I mean adding systems to SSM by selecting them shall work only on following pages:
- Systems - Overview page
- Systems - Systems - all submenus

However, I am not sure, what good is the select column for on /network/systems/system_list/flex_in_channel_family.pxt page.
