I have GeoIP-1.4.8-6.fc19.x86_64 installed
when I do yum install geoip-geolite.noarch, there is an error:

Transaction check error:
  file /usr/share/GeoIP/GeoIP.dat from install of geoip-geolite-2013.04-1.fc19.noarch conflicts with file from package GeoIP-1.4.8-6.fc19.x86_64

Apologies for the mess.  geoip-geolite is being retired as a result of this conflict.  Is there something you're trying to install that requires geoip-geolite?  If so, we need to change dependency to point at GeoIP.

no big deal. my deluge doesn't show flags for peers, so I thought directly installing this package would help, but that is most likely false.
